	What's the cost of an on-site service call?
	Our minimum cost to send a 100% Microsoft Certified technician to your home or office to evaluate the problem and give you a repair/service cost estimate is $75/hour. However, there will likely be additional costs depending upon the amount and type of work required.
	If all work is done on-site, what happens when a part is needed which the technician does not have?
	In many cases our techicians may have brought the required parts along with him/her in his vehicle. If not, then the technican may have to leave and return with the part, or else bring the unit back to our office for repair.
	What hours are your technicians available for on-site service calls?
	Our technicians can come to your house day or night, during the week and on weekends... we're on call 24/7 !
